Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Effective Date: March 1, 2024
This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy applies to “Consumer Health Data” as that term has been defined under applicable Consumer Health Data laws. Any term appearing in this Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy that has been defined under applicable Consumer Health Data laws shall have the meaning ascribed to it therein.
A. Our Collection of Consumer Health Data
To the extent we Collect any Consumer Health Data, it falls within one or more of the following categories of Consumer Health Data:
Individual health conditions, treatment, diseases, or diagnosis;
Health-related surgeries or procedures;
Diagnoses or diagnostic testing, treatment, or medication;
Data that identifies a Consumer seeking health care services; and
Health-related data that have been derived or inferred from the above.
To the extent we Collect any of this Consumer Health Data, it is for one or more of the following uses:
Administer, manage, analyze, and improve our products and services.
Communicate with you regarding our products and services.
Procure vendor/supplier products and services, including to manage and satisfy related vendor/supplier contractual obligations.
Conduct internal business analysis and operations.
Detect security incidents and other fraudulent activity.
Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
B. The Categories of Sources from Which We Collect Consumer Health Data
Any Collection of Consumer Health Data is directly from Consumers. We do not Collect Consumer Health Data from other sources.
C. The Categories of Consumer Health Data that We Share
We generally do not Share any of the Consumer Health Data that we may collect. However, we may Share data within the categories of Consumer Health Data listed in Section A with your consent or as necessary to comply with applicable law or assert or defend our legal rights.
D. Third Parties and Affiliates with Whom We Share Consumer Health Data
We generally do not Share Consumer Health Data with Third Parties or Affiliates. However, we may Share Consumer Health Data with (i) government or judicial authorities to comply with a subpoena, court order, governmental inquiry, legal processes, legal obligations, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of other individuals or the public; (ii) a successor entity or a purchaser upon a merger, consolidation, or other corporate reorganization in which we participate, a sale of all or a portion of our assets, or pursuant to a financing arrangement; or (iii) other third parties with your consent.

Supplement to Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy for Nevada Consumers
This Supplement applies to Nevada Consumers for purposes of providing additional disclosures required by Nevada’s Consumer Health Data privacy law. Terms used herein that are defined terms under Nevada’s Consumer Health Data privacy law shall have the meanings afforded to them therein.
A. Purposes & Manner of Processing. To the extent we Collect any Consumer Health Data, we Collect, use, Process, and Share Consumer Health Data for the purposes and in the manners described in our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy, which also provides additional disclosures relevant to Nevada Consumers.
B. Review & Revision of Consumer Health Data. If you would like to review and/or revise your Consumer Health Data, you may submit a request to us via email at dataprotectionofficer@faradaypharma.com. We will respond to your requests to exercise your rights in accordance with applicable law, but in any case, no later than 45 days after receiving your request. We may extend this period up to 45 days where permitted under applicable law.
C. Changes to this Supplement. We will notify you before making any changes to our privacy practices with respect to your Consumer Health Data by posting an updated notice on this page, with an updated effective date.
D. Third Party Collection of Consumer Health Data. Our website does not use tracking cookies or similar technologies. As a result, Third Parties are not able to Collect Consumer Health Data when individuals visit our website.
